Kosmas Markou has been in the construction business since 1983. Until 1994 Kosmas Markou has been dealing with the building and selling of flats, apartments, houses and villas in the Famagusta area. Officially the company was formed in 2001 under the name of Kosmas Markou Ktimatikes Epichirisis Ltd (Kosmas Markou Developers Ltd).
