The complex was completed in 2000 and in 2005 the deeds were issued.
Ayios Eustathios Complex
The license for horizontal separation was accepted and we now expect a certificate of final approval for the license of horizontal separation.
Title deeds follow.
The Vlachika Complex
Road construction and within 8 months the project will be completed followed by the application for final approval.
The stages followed until the issue of title deeds are the following:
- Coverage license (in case there are any changes to the complex or extra e.g. pools, barbeques etc).
- Certificate of final approval.
- License for horizontal separation.
- Certificate of final approval, license for horizontal separation.
- Title deeds.
